Terms of Service
By using the services of 2Big2Send you are agreeing to the following terms of service.
Acceptable use
Our services may be used for uploading, storing and sending files only as long as they are legal, your property (you own the copyright), not intended to harm a person, group of people or an electronic device.
Adult content and virii will not be tolerated on our servers and if found will result in the termination of your account without warning.
Files that have been uploaded to our servers are subject to random checks for illegal content in compliance with the law.
If files are found that seriously infringe our terms or service the file and user data will be passed onto the appropriate legal authority and/or the members ISP.
We will cooperate fully with the law should we be contacted about illegal or suspicious data.
Data Access
Data may only be sent and received via the provided 2Big2Send web application or the 2Big2Send Desktop Client.
Any other attempts to gain access will result in your account being terminated.
Uploaded Files
Files which are uploaded to your account will expire on or after a certain amount of days determined by which plan you are signed up for.
Once a file has expired it cannot be accessed or brought back.
You accept that your uploaded files may be scanned randomly by our systems as a way of enforcing compliance with the terms of service.
Your Data
We use Amazon S3 for our data storage which which keeps you data safe. We claim no ownership of files uploaded to our service.
Limits
The limits on accounts are imposed by the plan you are registered on.
If you do exceed these limits we have the right to delete data or cancel file sends at random to bring your account back within the limits.
Cookies
2Big2Send uses cookies as a way of storing encrypted login information so you do not have to keep logging into the site upon each visit.
Account Misuse
2Big2Send does not allow users to create multiple accounts as a way of gaining more resources.
If you are found to have opened more than one account they will be terminated without warning resulting in the loss of all files.
Payments
We use the services of PayPal to securely process our payments.
Payments are taken monthly or yearly depending on your chosen billing period.
Refunds
Refunds on paid accounts will only be issued when errors occur which are within our control.
Cancellations
Accounts that are cancelled will be downgraded to our free plan, a refund on outstanding time will not be made unless in extreme circumstances.

Privacy Policy
Any details you give to us will be kept private and will not be sold on or given to third parties.
We will not request details over email or other form of contact relating to your account, should you receive an unexpected email from us we would ask that you notify us of a possible spoof.
Termination
If any part of the terms or service are broken by a user we have the right to cancel the account without warning should the act be deemed serious enough.
No Warranty
You use our service at your own risk.
We will not be held responsibility for loss of data, earnings or personal/corporate grief following a mishap while using our service.
Any files/data downloaded from our servers is done at your own risk.
