Online Storage Space

Each plan has an allocated amount of online storage space, all files you upload will be stored on our storage servers and the file size subtracted from the available amount; think of it like another hard disk.

How do I send large files?

You upload your big files to our storage servers, you then use our online interface to send a link to your uploaded file to whoever you wish.
The actual file is not sent to your recipients - that would be too big; they follow the link to download the file you uploaded.

What can I put my branding on?

You can put your custom branding on the collection and shared file pages.
You may also apply your branding to the email messages that get sent to your recipients.

How do the mailing lists work?

Mailing lists make it easier to send files to the same group of people.
You added your chosen recipients to a mailing list; and rather than typing their email address in each time, just select the appropriate mailing list.

What is Bandwidth?

Bandwidth is the amount of data downloaded from your account; so if you sent a 100MB file to 5 people and they all downloaded it, that would register as 500MB of bandwidth used.
The bandwidth allocation is replenished on a monthly basis so each new month you get your full allocation back again.

How is this different to FTP?

Using FTP requires you to install software to connect to it; you also need access to an FTP server, usually this will be your own website which will not have the same data safegurads as our system.
FTP sites are open to anyone who can connect to it - 2Big2Send only allows those who you choose to access your files.
Transfer large files with 2Big2Send; it's safer.

How can I pay?

We use PayPal to securely process all of our payments, so you can use your PayPal account or a Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit/debit card.

Am I able to change my plan?

Yes - You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time via the account page.
