How do I cancel my subscription?

If you wish to cancel your account you must login to the PayPal account used to pay for your subscription.
From there you click on 'All account activity' and locate the subscription to 2Big2send.
Click the 'Cancel subscription' button and confirm it.

How do I delete my account

To delete your account simply open a support ticket and a support representative will contact you when the cancellation has been completed.

How do I setup branding

To setup branding go to your Account page and click the Customise logo and colours link in the Branding section.

From there you can upload your companies logo (we do not resize this) and change the colours.

The branding customisations only affect the collection and shared pages.

Branding is only available on our Premium and Ultimate Plans, please contact support if you would like to test it on your account

How do I upgrade my account

To upgrade your account login and click the 'Account' button at the top of the page.
On the Account page there is a link called 'Change your account plan'.
Click that and follow the instructions.

I paid but my account has not been upgraded

This happens when you pay using your PayPal account that is setup to pay your bills by eCheck - when your payment clears you will receive and email from us and you account will be upgraded.
This normally takes 5 to 7 working days.

Password Protected Delivery

This allows you to set a password on a file collection that is required before you can download the files.
This password is not sent along with the email to your recipient.

Preferred Upload Location

This sets the default location on the uploader.
We recommend choosing the closest location to you for the fastest upload speeds.
Even though this is set as the default you can change it an a per-upload-basis during the upload

The files I uploaded have disappeared

The most likely answer for this is that the expiry task has run and your files were due for deletion.
If you think that this was not the case please contact us ASAP and we shall see what the problem was.

User Token

This is your user token, it is used for some custom applications that we release to users throughout the year for testing.

What is the largest file I can upload?

We have a 2GB limit on individual files - but there is nothing stopping you from splitting up a large file and uploading the parts separately.
We recomment WinRAR to split the files into chunks - when all the parts are downloaded the file unzips into the original one.
